Kimchi Stuffed Chicken Wings

We all love a good chicken wing!

By deboning and stuffing it with kimchi and chicken bits, this makes the perfect side dish as you can easily bite into the juicy and flavourful chicken wing without worrying about bones.

Let's see how to do it with our BRUNO toaster grill!

6 Whole Chicken Wings (including the drumlet part)

70 g Kimchi

Some honey

For the marinate:

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Chili powder

1/8 teaspoon Sesame oil

1/2 an Egg white

Pinch of white pepper

BRUNO Multi stick blender with chopper attachment
  1. Remove drumlets from the chicken wings

  2. Debone the drumlets and place the meat inside BRUNO multi stick blender with chopper attachment.

  3. Add in kimchi and start to chop!

  4. Halfway through, add in all marinate ingredients and continue to blend the kimchi-chicken mix.

  5. Debone the mid-wing, leave the wing-tip as it is.

  6. Stuff the mid-wing with the kimchi-chicken mix and then seal it up with a toothpick.

  7. Rub some salt and pepper over the stuffed wing and place on the BRUNO Toaster Grill to grill till golden brown.
